How Much Does Shipping Cost? Is There Free Shipping?

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING to US and Canada on all orders over $69 CAD.

If your order is under $69 it will be a flat rate of $14.95 CAD.

Do You Provide Discreet Shipping?

Yup! All of our orders are shipped discreetly. We ship in regular plain brown boxes. There are no markings of Touch And Chill on the box or the label. However we are required to put our return address on the shipping label. The return address will be to our warehouse, but it will not include “Touch and Chill” or anything adult related in the address.

How Quickly Are Orders Fulfilled?

Orders are shipped out within 24 hours of payment, with the cut-off time of 11:00AM PST. If your order is placed before cut-off time it will go out the same day, otherwise it will go out the next business day. Orders made during the weekend will be shipped out on the first business day.

When Will My Package Arrive?

We ship out from our warehouse located in Vancouver, BC.

  • BC: 1 – 4 Business Days
  • AB, SK, MB: 1 – 7 Business Days
  • ON, QC: 2 – 8 Business Days
  • NS, NB, PE, NL: 2 – 10 Business Days
  • United States: 2 – 10 Business Days

Which Shipping Couriers Do You Use?

Our favourite courier would be Canada Post because of their familiarity in Canada.

We use USPS when shipping to the US.

Do You Ship To P.O. Boxes?

We follow the policies of each shipping courier. Canada Post DOES ship to P.O. Boxes and Flex Delivery addresses.

Returns

Are all sales final?

Yes, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds on any purchases made.

What is your return policy?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges—even if the products are unopened. This is for the health and safety of our employees and customers. If you received the wrong product, or your product is defective on arrival, please reach out to our customer care team so we can work together on a solution. What Do I Do With A Defective Product?

If you believe your product arrived defective, please send a detailed email to hello@touchandchill.ca and we will assist you with troubleshooting. Please include the name and email used to place the order so we can make the process as quick as possible.
